Perennial herb growing to 45-60cm. (Annual in cooler areas).  Features small lemon yellow flowers on bronze/green foliage. Leaves have a unique flavour and a tingly cool, numbing sensation when eaten. Can be eaten raw or cooked. Medicinal and insecticidal uses.
