Returns

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on plants or seeds due to their perishable nature. Refunds for change of mind will not be considered.  If you have any problem with your order please contact us immediately via our contact form or at suzyqilplants@gmail.com. 

Refunds

Refunds for damage or issues with your order will be considered.  Please read the Receiving your order. section for information on what will be considered. Refunds for change of mind will not be considered.  

We will notify you once we’ve received and considered your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at suzyqilplants@gmail.com.

Receiving your order.

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately, if the order is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please include photos of the issue, so that we can evaluate the issue and consider a refund.   
Follow any care directions included in your order.

Refundable issues include damage to your purchase due to postage, Incorrect item sent and genuine illness of the plant that is apparent when received. As it is a live product, once you have received it, and it is in your care, it is your responsibility. 

Nonrefundable issues include change of mind, damage to packaging that doesn't affect the purchased item, transport stress of plants and plants dying after being in your care. 

Plants will very occasionally suffer stress due to transport. This is uncommon but normal. It may include dropping of some leaves, slight wilting and slight yellowing of leaves. Please follow care instructions to help your plant recover. As I can't control how you care for it, I am not responsible for plants that die due to your care.  Even the greatest gardeners still kill plants occasionally. 

Seeds not germinating. Seeds are very variable in their germination rates and many factors can affect it. These may include but are not limited by species, light levels, temperature, moisture levels, time of year, storage and age.  I purchase seeds in small wholesale amounts and collect my own seeds each year to ensure freshness, and dispose of any before they reach their use by date. I can not control how they are treated or used once they are sent and in your hands. As a life long plant grower I still occasionally have trouble germinating some seeds.
