Schefflera actinophylla

Popular indoor plant growing up to approx 2m.  Leaves are glossy light green and have 7-16 leaflets, which are 30cm long.  Can be grown outdoors in warm areas where it can grow to 9m, producing long stalks of small red flowers in umbels, radiating out in like the tentacles of an octopus.
