Fast growing shrub to around 2mts. Very attractive wavy, silver leaves that can be used as a vegetable, fresh or cooked and dried as a herb.  Delicious salty, herby flavour rich in protein, antioxidants and minerals.  Very tough plant that tolerates almost any conditions. Leave to grow as a screening plant or prune as a hedge.
