Cereus peruvianus

A slow growing columnar cactus up to 15 mt, but commonly only to 3-5mt with multiple branching arms. It has a deeply ribbed grey/green exterior and sparse spines. The red fruit are round and smooth and the sweet, white flesh is similar in appearance to Dragon Fruit. Flavour is said to be better than Dragon Fruit.
